Sea gazebo price controversy, the reply from the plant manager
It doesn’t fit Alessandro Stivala, manager of the bathing establishment of luxury that, on the media exposure suffered in spite of itself in the last rounds and the controversy that continues to go crazy everywhere, wanted to respond in kind. “We were rather embittered by the narrative that emerged in the last few hours regarding the cost, in high season, of our six gazebos by the sea. – says Stivala about the controversy – in some articles that appeared in national newspapers, it was suggested that in the face of that amount a poor service is paid by citing two negative reviews collected, in our opinion in an instrumental way, among dozens of positive feedbacks on the appropriate search engines. For accuracy and completeness of information, we would have appreciated the mention of the positive reviews, which, in the last 12 months alone, totaled 169 out of 222 between Google and TripAdvisor. In addition to the location and the immersive experience in one of the most beautiful slices of the Salento coast –concludes Stivala– it is exactly the services offered that add value to the gazebos by the sea. In addition to the basic services common to the five rows of 23 umbrellas present in the structure, such as the classic assistance and cleaning services on the beach, delivery of food and drinks to the umbrella that can be ordered via the app, parking, hot showers, changing rooms and access to the Natural Sea Spa, the Exclusive area in question provides together with the gazebo: two large sunbeds and mattresses, a bamboo lounge, beach towels, water all day and an aperitif with bubbles and fresh fruit. The station can be occupied by 2 or 4 people with a price ranging from 200 up to 1500 euros per day depending on the position and average occupation, as is the case with all the other stations, whose price starts from 30 euros. of the last row in low season up to a maximum of 250 for the first row in high season ”.
